Ideology Statement
Tamil Diaspora Alliance Inc™. believes that as long as the Tamil people persist with a fragmented view of self, limited by existing modes of operation and varying ideologies, there will not be any significant progress made for the Tamil Nation. Therefore, our aim is to put forth and apply the innovative concept of “re-creation of self”, as the mode of future action. We will come together under a common ideology, create a united front, and act cooperatively to strengthen the collective sense of the Tamil people. Through this process, we must create the necessary framework and structures to form the foundation of the Tamil Nation, put in place mechanisms to catalyze nation-building, and subsequently act to empower, protect and develop it.
Mutual assistance, understanding, support, and cooperation will facilitate individual human development, and emphasis on the collective identity will promote collective organization, effort, and successes. These collective actions will not only allow for us to build ourselves, but also foster national development. The ideology of our organization is to develop the Tamil Diaspora as a cohesive force that is an integral part of the construction of the Tamil Nation. As this nation is enhanced and increases its strength and prestige, its citizens’ development, dignity and security will be achieved.
ஒருங்கிணைதல் ஒத்துழைத்தல் ஒன்றியமாதல் எனும் அடிப்படையில் இயங்குவது தமிழ் புலம்பெயர் கூட்டமைப்பு. (Tamil Diaspora Alliance) தமிழ் தேசத்தின் அங்கமான புலம்பெயர் மக்களை சமூகமாக இயங்க வழி செய்வதே இதன் நோக்கம். உரிமை, பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் வளர்ச்சி இவையே இதன் குறிக்கோள்.
எங்களை நாங்களே உருவாக்கி கொள்ளுதல் என்ற புதுமையான கருத்தியல் வடிவத்தை அரசியல் செயல் நெறியாக கொண்டு அதற்காக ஒன்று படுதல் (united) ஒற்றுமையடைதல் (unity) கூட்டுறவை வளர்த்தல் (co-operative) அதன் மூலம் தமிழ் தேசம் என்ற கூட்டுணர்வால் (collective sense) தேச கட்டுமானத்தை உருவாக்கி அதிகாரம் அளித்து (empowerment) பாதுகாத்து வளர்ப்பது எமது நோக்கம்.
பரஸ்பர புரிந்துணர்வு பரஸ்பர உதவி, பரஸ்பர ஒத்துழைப்பு என்பதன் மூலம் தனி மனித மேம்பாட்டையும் கூட்டுணர்வினால் கூட்டு அமைப்பு, கூட்டு முயற்சி, கூட்டு வெற்றி என்பதை அடைவதன் மூலம் தமிழ் தேச மேம்பாட்டையும் உருவாக்கி எம்மை நாமே கட்டமைத்துக் கொள்வது.
தேசிய கட்டமைப்பு அதன் பலம், கௌரவம், மேம்பாடு (Enhancement) என்பவற்றின் மூலம் தனி நபர் பாதுகாப்பு, கௌரவம், மேம்பாடு என்பவற்றை அடைய வேண்டும் என்பதே எமது கருத்தியல் அடிப்படை.
தமிழ்தேச கட்டுமானத்தின் அங்கமாகவும் பலமாகவும் துணையாகவும் TAMIL DIASPORA என்பதை ஒரு சமூக சக்தியாக உருவாக்கிக் கொள்வதே எமது அமைப்பின் நோக்கம்.
